IWK Health in Halifax is seeking a Social Worker for the Rheumatology and Gastroenterology services. This temporary, long-assignment role (100% FTE) supports children and families, focusing on ambulatory care with some inpatient contact.
Emphasis is on counselling, care coordination, and program development within a multidisciplinary team. The position requires a Master’s in Social Work, licensure or eligibility, and at least two years of relevant experience, with BLS certification current.
