Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver expert advice on job classification and organizational design
• Oversee classification evaluations and requests




• Conduct reviews to identify and fix classification challenges
• Lead classification committees in compliance with procedures
• Collaborate with HR and Labour Relations teams

Requirements:
• Relevant university degree or equivalent experience
• Extensive knowledge of HR classification standards
• Proven ability to analyze and evaluate jobs
• Familiarity with Hay Job Evaluation Methodology is advantageous
• HR accreditation is a plus
