• Prepare and plate meals according to safety regulations
• Adhere to dietary restrictions and quality standards

• Forecast food production requirements effectively
• Ensure kitchen cleanliness and sanitation protocols are followed

Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in large volume cooking
• Valid protected food handler’s certification
• Positive attitude and solid teamwork abilities
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Culinary program graduate preferred
