Reporting to the Director of Risk, Privacy & Compliance, you will be tasked with supporting regulatory alignment in a Crown corporation workplace. Key responsibilities include coordinating access requests, managing privacy risks, and providing advisory services across business units. Your expertise will help ensure that access to information practices meet current legal standards and public expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate responses for all access requests under FIPPA and PHIA
• Document and assess record accessibility and privacy complaint resolutions




• Prepare reports on access request volumes and trends for management
• Develop and deliver privacy training for MPI staff
• Collaborate with departments to implement compliant practices

Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree in relevant field
• Five years of experience in access and privacy
• Deep knowledge of FIPPA and PHIA
• Strong judgment and organizational skills
• Familiarity with privacy legislation and regulations
