This co-op position allows students to support risk evaluations influenced by plant operations under the guidance of the Reliability Engineering Manager. You will engage in significant projects involving maintenance optimization, root cause analysis, and data management in a collaborative environment. The aim is to enhance both the reliability and efficiency of plant operations through hands-on learning.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in risk identification and mitigation strategies
• Manage Oracle eAM CMMS data and reporting




• Aid troubleshooting efforts for equipment failures
• Engage in Root Cause Failure Analysis processes
• Collaborate on condition-based monitoring initiatives

Requirements:
• Pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Science in Engineering
• Previous experience in manufacturing is a plus
• Knowledge of predictive maintenance techniques
• Skill in reading P&ID; drawings
• Robust organization and communication abilities
