In this impactful position at Prospera, you will manage current applications for insured investment products such as segregated funds and annuities. Working closely with Investment Advisors, you will support estate planning and maintain client contracts, ensuring prompt responses and effective communication. Educational updates to the Wealth Planning team will be part of your responsibilities, as will utilizing CRM tools for member management.

Key Responsibilities:



• Process applications for new insured investment contracts • Provide prompt support to IAs for contract setups • Collaborate on member estate planning initiatives • Maintain accurate records within the CRM system • Facilitate inter-departmental referrals as needed

Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent • 2-5 years in a financial advisor capacity • LLQP certification required • Experience with financial planning software tools • Strong sales and customer relationship skills
