This role is critical to our mission of delivering essential equipment to those who protect our nation.RESPONSIBILTIESMonitor all shipping and packaging performanceInspect outgoing shipments to ensure customer requirements and quality standards are metCoordinate carrier pickups, manage dock operations, and resolve shipping issues promptlyMaintain accurate shipping documentation (bills of lading, packing lists, carrier labels)Oversee inventory levels for shipping supplies and conduct regular reconciliationsEnforce safety protocols and standard operating procedures within the shipping departmentInvestigate and resolve shipment discrepancies, damages, or delaysTrain and coach shipping staff to maintain operational standards and efficiencyCollaborate with warehouse, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure seamless operationsQUALIFICATIONSHigh school diploma; a college degree in supply chain or logistics is a plus.Two to five years of warehouse or receiving experience,



plus prior leadership experience.Experience with international shipping and export compliance.Experience with commercial carriers (UPS, FedEx, LTL)Ability to lift 50lbs.Hourly Range: $20 to $35 plus overtimeThe salary range represents the estimated base compensation for this role.
