Key Responsibilities:
• Develop tenant and contractor relationships for effective communication
• Manage budget preparation and financial reporting processes

Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in property management
• Must hold valid Alberta Real Estate Licence
• Robust skills in building operations and financial analysis
• Expertise in reviewing building specifications
• Proficient with JD Edwards and VTS software
