As a Logistics Operations Specialist, you will work on-site at the W-Group Warehouse, contributing to inventory management and logistics effectiveness for Fox Group Canada. With 3-5 years of relevant experience, your role will focus on ERP system management, reporting, and coordinating logistics communications across multiple brands.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all aspects of inventory receiving
• Collaborate with 3PL/logistics providers
• Track shipments and manage discrepancies
• Prepare reports for logistics and inventory
• Liaise with warehouse and store teams

Requirements:
• 3–5 years experience in logistics or warehouse roles
• Solid organizational and Excel skills
• Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems is preferred
• Excellent English communication skills
• Team player with independent work capabilities
