Key Responsibilities:
• Track and reconcile monthly project financials
• Support PMs and Scrum Masters across projects
• Document and distribute meeting minutes promptly
• Monitor risks, issues, and change requests
• Prepare materials for monthly financial reviews

Requirements:
• 5+ years of Project Coordinator experience
• Solid financial management skills
• General understanding of accounting practices
• Proficiency in SharePoint and Excel
• Previous experience at CIBC is a plus
