This full-time position (37.5 hours per week) focuses on interpretive testing and enhancing health outcomes at LifeLabs. You will conduct a variety of analytical procedures while collaborating within a team to foster a learning environment. This role involves interacting with new technology and ensuring quality compliance throughout the testing process.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct diagnostic and interpretive specimen testing
• Prepare and process samples with accurate documentation
• Release results while maintaining patient confidentiality




• Identify non-conformities and develop corrective actions
• Assist with new technology implementation

Requirements:
• College diploma or University degree in Medical Laboratory Science
• CMLTO registered and in valuable standing
• Excellent communication skills for diverse interaction
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively and maintain laboratory standards
