Reporting to the Supervisor, Information Management, you will lead various projects while ensuring adherence to records management policies. Your responsibilities will include researching retention periods, developing best practices, and delivering training programs. This role requires robust analytical capabilities and effective communication skills to cultivate relationships across departments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct research on records’ operational and legal values
• Manage IM projects ensuring compliance with strategies
• Develop and maintain IM policies and deliver training programs




• Prepare statistical reports on project initiatives
• Provide consulting services across departments on IM strategies

Requirements:
• Diploma in Records and Information Management or equivalent
• Experience with records management software including SharePoint
• Familiarity with project management methodologies
• Excellent interpersonal and consultative skills
• Valid Ontario Class 'G' driver's license and ability to lift cartons
