In this role, you will operate and maintain essential systems supporting the TRDC Data Centre. Your responsibilities include daily monitoring, inspections, and immediate response to anomalies. You'll work a rotating 42-hour shift to guarantee seamless operations and provide exemplary customer service to the Capital Markets Trading Floor staff.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate Control Centre and UPS systems effectively
• Monitor critical systems and record data daily
• Understand SOPs and EOPs for emergency situations




• Adjust temperature/setpoints and conduct monthly testing
• Provide support covering shifts due to absence

Requirements:
• 2-5 years' experience as Electrician or HVAC Technician
• Data Centre experience preferred
• BES 1&2 or 4th Class Power Engineer certificate
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
