Reporting to the Director of Clinical at CASA House, the Program Manager will oversee operational aspects of an integrated mental health program. This includes recruiting skilled professionals, establishing clinical procedures, and strengthening community partnerships to enhance access to care. Your leadership will ensure that adolescents and families receive evidence-informed mental health services from day one.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide operational and service delivery leadership
• Develop integrated service pathways for mental health care
• Mentor and coach interprofessional staff effectively
• Manage workforce planning and budget oversight
• Organize community engagements and represent CASA Mental Health
Requirements:
• Graduate degree in psychology, social work, or related field
• Minimum five years’ experience in child and youth mental health
• At least two years of leadership experience required
• Robust background in clinical program development
• Project management experience is an asset
