Working within a team-oriented Pre-Construction team, you will assist in the development of accurate budgets and manage pricing processes for subcontractors. The role requires strong attention to detail and a drive for accuracy to ensure every project meets the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare budgets and detailed final estimates
• Ensure completeness of drawings and risk scope
• Solicit and analyze subcontractor quotes
• Manage timely pricing of change orders
• Maintain databases for pricing and estimating templates

Requirements:
• 3–5 years residential construction estimating experience
• Post-secondary diploma from SAIT/NAIT in a related field
• Strong understanding of residential materials and assemblies
• Proven proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
• Insight into Calgary's construction market is a plus
