Reporting to the Controller, you will oversee day‑to‑day accounting activities while supporting accurate financial reporting and process improvements. Do Oversee the accounts payable function, providing guidance and support to team members while ensuring timely and accurate payment proce

ssing Prepare and reconcile bank transactions, journal entries, accruals, and balance sheet ac

counts Coordinate indirect tax filings and ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requi

rements Manage vendor and customer account setup and maintain accurate financial

records Reconcile lease‑related transactions and other key accounting

schedules Support intercompany accounting and month‑end close

activities Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and year‑end audit





preparation Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, internal controls, and operational

efficiencies Collaborate with finance colleagues and cross‑functional teams to support busine

What You Bring 3-5 years of progressive acc

ounting experience Post‑secondary education in Accounting, Finance, or a

related discipline Experience working with ERP/accounting systems; exposure to cloud‑based ERP platforms is

considered an asset Strong understanding of accounts payable, accrual accounting, reconciliations, and in

direct tax compliance Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, loo

kups, and pivot tables Strong organizational, analytical, and pr
