We are seeking a driven Senior Business Analyst for a one-year contract to help our Business Process & Special Projects team. Your primary focus will be on conducting comprehensive process reviews, gap analysis, and automation efforts within our Order-to-Cash initiatives. You will also support the exchange of technical requirements across departments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct current and future state discovery for OTC projects
• Document technical requirements and process changes
• Apply process mapping to optimize workflows




• Create and standardize SOPs and training resources
• Present optimization proposals to leadership

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in a business analyst or process improvement role
• Robust analytical skills and business case development
• Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and mapping tools
• Experience with system migrations or compliance projects
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
