In this essential role, you will manage on-site IT services for our restaurants. Your responsibilities will include providing technical support, assisting with New Restaurant Openings, and ensuring timely resolution of IT issues. You'll be an integral part of our tech team, contributing to better food accessibility through effective technology management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and conduct on-site technology services
• Support tier 1 & 2 IT issues for restaurants
• Track and report on asset management processes
• Assist with technology rollouts and upgrades
• Provide IT system support for new projects

Requirements:
• A.A. in Computer Science or equivalent
• 2+ years in IT support environments
• Familiarity with restaurant IT configurations
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Preferred certifications: ITIL, A+, CCNA
