This role requires robust communication and collaboration skills paired with a Critical Care Certificate and a minimum of three years in critical care. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct health assessments for critically ill patients
• Facilitate effective communication with patients and families
• Act decisively in emergency medical situations




• Attend staff meetings and contribute to unit projects
• Foster a culture of safety throughout the department

Requirements:
• Registered with the Ontario College of Nurses
• At least three years of Critical Care experience
• Updated BCLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• Ongoing participation in professional development
• Positive performance and attendance history
