We are in search of a skilled Bilingual Test Analyst with a focus on AWS and Amazon Connect. This hybrid role will see you working directly with developers to ensure quality assurance in cloud-based contact center functionalities. Bring your testing expertise to validate both English and French customer experiences while working onsite 3 to 4 days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute end-to-end testing of Amazon Connect applications
• Conduct integration and regression testing for AWS services
• Validate customer journeys and IVR functionalities in both languages
• Review logs and troubleshoot using AWS tools
• Document and track defects through to resolution
Requirements:
• Solid background with Amazon Connect and AWS services
• Bilingual in French and English, both written and verbal
• Experience with test case creation and defect documentation
• Robust analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Onsite work in Toronto required 3 to 4 days weekly
