This role requires expertise in proposal development and marketing, focusing on the preparation of strategic responses to RFPs and marketing materials. You will manage the full proposal response process while collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure high-quality submissions. The ideal candidate has a background in marketing or communications, enabling them to support creative solutions effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare strategic responses for RFPs, RFQs, and EOIs
• Create corporate content and marketing materials for promotions
• Design and manage presentations and brochures
• Oversee proposal processes from RFP receipt to final assembly
• Coordinate internal communication and schedules for proposals
Requirements:
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 8+ years in proposal development and response strategies
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office
• Strong writing, editing, and layout skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent time management
