In this full-time role, you will report directly to the Maintenance Supervisor while managing tenant services and overseeing property maintenance within UBC's residential portfolio. This position requires strong communication and organizational skills, along with the ability to work on call. Living on-site after a three-month probation is essential to provide immediate support for residents.

Key Responsibilities:
• Complete building maintenance and service requests to high standards
• Conduct move-in and move-out inspections with residents




• Perform regular building audits to identify deficiencies
• Distribute keys, fobs, and parking passes to residents
• Respond to maintenance requests and provide timely resolutions

Requirements:
• Robust communication skills in English; other languages are an asset
• Experience in minor maintenance tasks
• Understanding of Residential Tenancy Act
• Ability to work on call during weekends
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
