Key Responsibilities:
• Understand and apply PCL's estimating systems
• Collaborate with lead estimator on quantity surveys




• Transfer quantities from surveys to the lead estimator
• Solicit bids and manage bid document controls
• Occasionally visit job sites to gather insights

Requirements:
• Completion of building envelope or building science courses
• Aspiration for a construction career
• Skills in reading architectural drawings
• Experience with computer programs for estimating
• Field experience is desirable
