This position requires a commitment to person-centered care as you perform clinical assessments and treatment planning for clients facing mental health challenges. The role includes providing crisis intervention and monitoring treatment compliance, all while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and create tailored treatment plans
• Conduct educational sessions for caregivers and professionals
• Administer psychotropic medications and provide follow-up care
• Advocate for clients’ rights and well-being
• Monitor complex psychiatric situations for effective management
Requirements:
• BCCNM registered as RN or RPN
• Minimum two years of practical experience
• Class 5 B.C. Driver's License required
• Understanding of mental health treatment processes
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
