Vacancy Title : Shipper Engagement Type: Full time, Permanent Survitec, a global leader in survival technology, is seeking a Shipper to join our team in Vancouver. In this vital role, you’ll oversee the shipping of goods from our Delta, BC facility and manage the receipt of customer property for service. You'll help ensure everything runs smoothly, from coordinating shipments to maintaining customer satisfaction.

Handle shipping and receiving duties, ensuring smooth processing of customer goods. Respond to customer inquiries quickly and professionally (typically within one business day). Keep customer service teams informed about any changes in shipping dates or issues with equipment.

Ensure all shipping operations comply with company policies, regulations, and safety standards. Work closely with the shipping supervisor to ensure the operation runs efficiently and without disruption. Process receiving reports, prepare sales orders, generate delivery notes, and update shipping logs accurately and promptly.

Alert senior management to any potential safety issues or financial risks to the company. Lift truck operator certification.

Experience with the transportation of Dangerous Goods (DG) by Ground, Air, and Sea.



At least 2 years of experience in a shipping role.
