M5V Construction Management Inc. is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to lead and manage the construction of mid-to-high-rise residential projects in Orillia. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily site operations, ensuring compliance with schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate and manage all sub-trades, suppliers, and on-site personnel to maintain smooth workflow.
- Enforce occupational health & safety regulations and conduct regular safety inspections.
- Review and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate execution.
- Maintain project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and deficiency tracking.
- Troubleshoot and resolve site issues proactively to prevent delays and cost overruns.
- Conduct site meetings, liaise with project managers, consultants, and stakeholders, and communicate progress updates.
- Ensure materials, equipment, and resources are available as per project demands.
- Train and mentor site personnel while fostering a professional and collaborative team environment.

Qualifications & Experience:

- 5-10 years of experience in mid-to-high-rise residential construction, with at least 5 years in a Site Supervisor role.




- Strong background in concrete, steel structures, and Mid-rise construction techniques.
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction best practices.
- Tower crane experience
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Proficiency in project scheduling software and site reporting tools.
- Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to and from Orillia as required.
- CPR & First Aid Certification .
- Post-secondary education in
- Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- (preferred).
