About the Role:

Rely-ex Contracting Inc. is seeking to add an experienced Site Supervisor to our team.

As our next Site Supervisor, you will coordinate and supervise the construction process from the developmental stage through to project completion. Working with our Project Managers, Clients, and Architects - you will ensure our projects are completed safely, on time, with high quality, and within the specified budget. As a Senior Rely-ex Employee you will spend time leading, mentoring, and training our staff.

Requirements:

Our ideal candidate will have:

- A minimum combination of 10 years Commercial & Residential construction experience
- Experience with both Ground Up and Renovation projects that have a special or unique qualities




- Excellent supervisory skills (4+ years)
- A valid Journeyperson Carpentry Certificate
- A clean driving abstract and valid Class 5 driver's license
- A clean criminal record
- Ability to work extended hours as project requires
