Job Overview

Refined Group of Companies is seeking a skilled Skid Steer Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate must be able to produce finish grade for concrete slabs, as well as conduct a variety of other job tasks such as; site grading, backfill and loading trucks, among other tasks.

Duties

- Backfill Foundation Walls
- Grade and prep garages, driveways & patios for concrete
- Operating equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Conducting Pre-operational checks of equipment
- Lubrication and basic daily maintenance
- Adhering to all company and legislative safety requirements
- Assist ground crew with labour duties as necessary

Skills

- Proficient in heavy equipment operation, specifically skid steer loaders.
- Ability to dig, build, and grade effectively using heavy machinery.




- Commercial driving experience is a plus for transporting equipment to job sites.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices on the job site.
- Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and collaboration.
- Experience interpreting blueprints & grades is an asset

Experience A minimum of 1 year experience will be required for this position. Anything less will not be considered Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 70.0 per week
