Step into the Requirements Management Specialist role at SkyAlyne in Ottawa, supporting the Future Aircrew Training program. Your expertise will help ensure the seamless management of program requirements. In this position, you will join the Systems Engineering and Integration team to oversee the requirements lifecycle.
Key duties include managing the IBM DOORS NG database and facilitating compliance through effective change management. You will also engage with Integrated Product Team leads to ensure required services are identified and approved. Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain the requirements database
- Oversee validation and configuration management processes
- Develop reports and support documentation for metrics
- Assist in the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives
- Contribute to analysis of proposed program changes
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
- Minimum five years in a requirements management role
- Experience with database solutions for requirements oversight
- Solid collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to obtain Government of Canada Security Clearance
