Looking to Hire an experienced, mature operator to plow snow with a 100+HP agricultural tractor with 10-16 plow.
We run a highly organized snow removal business using top-quality equipment. We truly value our crew and look forward to hearing from dedicated professionals who want to join our team
Most shifts are from around 12 am - 8 am but on call and day shifts also occur as weather dictates.
We have plow operator routes available that trigger for service after 2.5 CM of snowfall - great for operators who are looking for more hours this season as well as routes that trigger for service at 4 CM of snowfall - great for operators looking for more casual hours.

Paid training.
Must be able to get to tractor parked at various sites in Kitchener - Waterloo (Some flexibility on start Location).
Public transportation is not available.
Must have experience and be able to demonstrate secure operation of tractor and plow at time of interview.
Must be willing to work on call including nights, weekends and holidays.
Must be able to work on your own with support from manager.
Must be able to track job details on a user friendly mobile app or paper billing sheet, training provided.
Must be able to manage time to complete all snow clearing operations by set deadline.
