In this role, you will operate snowplows and salt spreaders, ensuring timely responses to winter weather emergencies. With flexible hours often involving overnight shifts, you will play a crucial role in maintaining protected access for customers. Key Responsibilities:

- Operate Loaders and Tractors for snow and ice removal
- Maintain clean sites, avoiding property damage
- Respond to emergency calls during severe weather
- Communicate with supervisors about conditions and progress
- Spread de-icing agents to improve road safety

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years in snow removal roles
- Flexible, on-call availability from November to April
- Must carry a cell phone with data
- Ability to work in extreme weather
- Willingness to follow health & safety regulations
