- 300+ employees working year-round with pride and professionalism Position Summary As a Snow Removal Equipment Operator, you’ll be responsible for the safe and efficient use of heavy machinery to clear snow from our clients’ sites — ensuring safety, accessibility, and client satisfaction all winter long. Main Responsibilities - Operate assigned snow removal equipment and tools safely and efficiently
- Conduct pre and post-operation inspections and perform minor repairs if needed
- Communicate and coordinate with supervisors and colleagues during operations
- Accurately record operational data in our software and reporting tools




- Perform other related duties as required What you need to be successful - Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving record (Class 3 is an asset)
- 2+ years of snow removal or heavy equipment operation experience (training provided if needed)
- Comfortable working outdoors in cold, snowy, and windy conditions
- Available Full time, 24/7 during snow events
- Reliable, responsible, and physically fit
