KAINO is a Toronto streetwear brand. Heavyweight washed pieces, small runs. The first run is out and selling. What the brand looks like online is still being decided, and you're the one who decides it.

This isn't a job posting TikToks to keep an account alive. It's building how a brand is seen, from almost the first post.

WHY THIS ONE IS DIFFERENT

- You're early. The feed, the voice and how drops land online are yours to shape
- Real shoot days with models, sets and a creative director, not just your phone and a blank wall
- No layers. Your idea goes to the founder in the morning and can be live that week
- What you post moves real product. You'll see your work turn into orders

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Run KAINO's Instagram and TikTok, and make every post look like it belongs to one brand
- Shoot and edit short-form video and photos on set and between shoots
- Write captions that sound like KAINO: short, dry, never begging for a sale
- Take the trends worth taking and turn them into something only KAINO would post
- Build the rollout for every drop, from the first tease to the day it sells through




- Talk to the people who buy, in the comments and the DMs
- Judge posts by saves, shares and sales, not likes, and adjust rapid

WHO YOU ARE
- You live online and can tell in one second whether an account feels like a brand or an ad
- You're tech savvy, quick in CapCut or Premiere, and you know your way around an iPhone camera
- You have taste in clothes, music, photos and edits, and you can say why something works
- You'd rather post three posts people remember than ten they scroll past
- You get things done without being chased
- You're in or around Toronto and can make it to shoots
- No degree or agency background needed. Your work is the resume

1. Three brand accounts you'd steal from if you ran KAINO, and one line on what each gets right
2. Your first week on @kaino.clo: what you'd post each day and why, in a few lines
3. Something you've made: a video, a page you run, or a post that took off. A link is fine
