We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee building, grounds, guest areas, amenities, parking, and staff housing at a hospitality property.

Youll lead the maintenance team, coordinate daily work, manage preventative maintenance, and ensure the property remains safe, functional, and well maintained.

Location: Jasper, AB Pay: $60,000-$72,000/year Key Responsibilities Lead, train, and supervise the Maintenance team Schedule and assign daily maintenance activities Manage work orders, preventative maintenance, inspections, and records Oversee building systems, equipment, vehicles, and staff housing Manage parts, tools, supplies, and external contractors Support renovations, capital projects, and seasonal property openings/closings Conduct property inspections and address safety or maintenance concerns Ensure compliance with safety, building, health, sanitation,
