Adecco is currently hiring a full time Track Maintenance Foreperson / Boom Truck Driver to lead track maintenance activities and ensure safe, reliable railway operations.

This role supervises crews and performs hands-on maintenance of track infrastructure.

Responsibilities: Inspect, maintain, and repair track components (rails, ties, switches, ballast) Supervise crews to ensure quality work and adherence to safety standards Approve completed track work for service and maintain operating restrictions Install and repair crossings, switches, and track structures Perform physical tasks including material handling,



ballast distribution, and site cleanup Ensure compliance with safety procedures and operating rules Complete inspection, inventory, and work reports Qualifications and Skills: Previous foreperson or supervisory experience Experience in similar field or outdoor working conditions High School Diploma or GED Valid Driver''s License Ability to perform physically demanding work (lifting up to 70 lbs) Proficiency with Microsoft Office (asset) Strong leadership and safety focus Effective communication and teamwork Ability to work in all weather conditions and adapt to shift work Mu st be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada Land Acknowledgement Adecco acknowledges that our head office is located in Tkarn:to/Toronto, on the traditional territory of many Nations, including the Anishinaabeg, the Haudenosaunee, the Huron-Wendat, and the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation.
