Job Overview We are hiring experienced Traffic Control Persons (TCPs) for ongoing road and infrastructure projects.

This role is suited for candidates looking for consistent work, clear communication, and a well-supported work environment .

and office support when needed Strong focus on safety and site compliance Organized operations for smoother day-to-day work Opportunity to become an LCT after working with us and passing assessment Requirements Valid Traffic Control Person (TCP) certification Minimum 6 months traffic control experience (traffic company experience preferred) Availability for weekday shifts Key Responsibilities Set up and remove traffic control equipment (cones, signs, barricades) based on site plans Direct traffic using stop/slow paddle and proper hand signals Communicate clearly with crew members and supervisors on site Monitor traffic flow and adjust positioning to maintain safety Maintain safe distance between vehicles, workers, and work zones Follow all safety procedures and site-specific instructions Stay alert at all times and report any safety concerns immediately Work Conditions Year-round work available Projects across Lower Mainland & Vancouver Island Outdoor work in all weather conditions Dispatch-based scheduling Occasional weekend work as needed PIdb2f79019fa8-30511-41588081
