Our client is a growing technology and field services company specializing in structured cabling, data and networking, audio visual, and related technology solutions .
With continued double-digit growth, they are expanding their operations in New Brunswick and are looking for an Operations Coordinator who can help keep the office, technicians, customers, and projects moving in the right direction.
This is a great opportunity for someone with industry experience who understands the terminology , knows what it takes to support field technicians, and is ready to take on more responsibility .
What You''ll Do You''ll be the connection between the office, field technicians, customers, and ongoing projects.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Coordinate and schedule field technicians across service calls and projects Work with sales and operations to understand the scope, timing, and expectations of new work Prepare work packages and information for technicians heading into the field Communicate with customers and external partners to coordinate scheduling and site requirements Visit job sites when needed to make sure technicians have what they need and projects are ready to move forward Monitor open work, project timelines, materials, and outstanding tasks Help resolve issues in the field and keep work moving without unnecessary roadblocks Support service orders, project close-outs, documentation, and client billing Track technician vehicles, tools, equipment, safety records,
and certifications Work with purchasing to coordinate materials for active jobs Identify opportunities to improve processes and help build a more efficient New Brunswick operation Take ownership of day-to-day decisions and keep things moving forward What We''re Looking For We''re particularly interested in someone who comes from the industry and understands the environment they''re stepping into.
You may have experience in: Structured cabling Data/networking Audio visual Telecommunications HVAC or another technical service environment Electrical or another related trade You don''t necessarily need to have held a formal management title.
Hands-on industry experience combined with strong coordination, administrative, and people skills may be just as valuable.
We''re looking for someone who is: Experienced in operations, project coordination, service coordination, or a similar role Comfortable coordinating and working alongside field technicians and tradespeople Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities at once A strong communicator who is comfortable dealing directly with customers A practical problem solver who doesn''t need to be told what to do at every step Comfortable making decisions and taking ownership Able to build positive working relationships with different personalities Comfortable getting out of the office and onto job sites when needed Forward-thinking and motivated to improve how things are done Experience with estimating or quoting is an asset, but not required.
Bilingual English/French would be considered an asset.

Friday daytime schedule, with an expected start around 7:30 a.m.
