This role involves managing day-to-day client relationships, ensuring campaign performance, and driving measurable business revenue through continuous account optimization.

Annual Base Salary starting at $51,000, with a bonus earning potential ranging from 5% to 30% based on maximizing bonus targets and in-year increments.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities ( may perform other duties as requested not specifically addressed in this document) Serve as the primary point of contact for a dedicated portfolio of LSA clients.

Analyze account performance data, identify trends, and develop actionable strategies to improve key metrics such as lead volume, lead quality, and budget utilization.

Conduct regular account audits and performance reviews to ensure all accounts are operating at their full potential.

Proactively identify and address potential issues that could impact account performance, such as budget constraints, ad rank drops, or negative feedback.

Collaborate with mostly direct and some agency clients to gain insights into challenges and improve Local Service Ads accounts through effective client needs assessment.

Arrange meetings with clients via calls, video calls, and emails to obtain information regarding customer businesses and past advertising goals, fostering market intelligence.

Prioritize accounts by revenue and verticals to pinpoint the largest contributors to KPI Target Attainment.

Continuously enhance Local Service Ads knowledge through available resources.

Properly prepare businesses and set expectations regarding the onboarding and optimization of existing accounts.

Job Requirements: At least one year of professional cold calling expertise (Required).

Possess 1 to 3 years of experience within sales-oriented landscapes.

Background in Paid Advertising for 1 year (Desired).





Demonstrated precision in coordinating daily tasks to ensure consistent client outreach and meeting fulfillment.

Proven proficiency in outbound engagement and managing client portfolios.

Google Ads certification is a plus.

Exceptional self-discipline paired with robust organizational and time-prioritization capabilities.

Competency in identifying solutions and evaluating client requirements through a consultative sales lens.

Aptitude for handling multiple priorities simultaneously in high-energy settings.

Skill in resolving client hesitations by effectively linking product value to specific business needs.

Schedule Fixed schedule Monday to Friday, 9 hrs shift from 9 AM to 6 PM Location Candidates are advised to be within travel distance from our primary locations: Yonge- Eglinton & The Well, Downtown Toronto Hybrid setup, 4 weeks of product training will be on-site.
