We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our client''s manufacturing team.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience setting up and operating CNC machinery, with a strong understanding of Fanuc controls.

This role involves producing high-quality components while following blueprints, technical drawings, and production specifications.

The successful candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a production environment.

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour Shift Schedule Day Shift: Monday to Thursday, 6:00 AM 4:30 PM; Friday, 6:00 AM 2:30 PM Afternoon Shift: Monday to Thursday, 4:30 PM 2:30 AM; Friday, 2:30 PM 10:30 PM Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC milling and lathe machines according to blueprints, specifications, and production requirements.

Operate and make adjustments using Fanuc controls, including troubleshooting and correcting machine issues as required.

Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to ensure accurate machining processes.

Use CAD software and CNC programming knowledge to support machining operations.

Perform routine maintenance, including cleaning CNC machines and keeping equipment in proper working condition.

Use hand tools, calipers, and other precision measuring instruments to verify dimensions and maintain quality standards.





Perform quality checks throughout the production process to ensure finished components meet specifications.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all workplace safety procedures.

Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve production processes and efficiency.

Qualifications Proven experience operating and setting up CNC milling and lathe machines or similar CNC equipment in a manufacturing environment.

Strong experience with Fanuc controls is highly preferred.

Knowledge of CNC programming and CAD software.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.

Experience using calipers and other precision measurement tools for quality control.

Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

Basic math skills for measurements and machining calculations.

Hoist experience is considered an asset.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively to a team.

Prior experience in a manufacturing or machining setting is required.

Must be able to successfully complete a Controlled Goods assessment and police background check.
