Windsor Essex Community Health Centre is hiring a Social Worker for their AMANI Mental Health & Substance Use Program. You will engage with Black youth to provide culturally responsive services in a supportive setting. Your efforts will directly contribute to youth recovery and well-being through effective interventions and community collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
• Offer assessment and therapy services to clients
• Collaborate with inter-professional teams
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Engage clients' families in treatment plans
• Complete required reports in a timely manner

Requirements:
• 1-2 years of counseling experience preferred
• Understanding of the unique challenges faced by Black youth
• MSW or BSW with relevant experience
• Proficiency in current therapeutic techniques
• Clean driver's abstract and reliable transportation
