As a Senior Telecom Integration Specialist, you will advance SE Health's mission by implementing and integrating RingCentral Voice solutions. The position requires technical proficiency in deploying RingCentral software and managing voice environments. Strong collaboration with project managers and stakeholders is essential to ensure successful service delivery and system acceptance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and support RingCentral software-based endpoints
• Upgrade and deploy RingCentral voice and contact center solutions
• Utilize JIRA for ticketing and service tracking
• Develop project documentation including diagrams and testing plans
• Communicate project updates and ensure client satisfaction
Requirements:
• At least 3 years of related experience
• Proficient in SIP troubleshooting and system configuration
• Solid verbal and written English skills
• Hybrid work capability from home and Markham
• Valid vehicle access for Ontario travel
