Become an integral part of our organization as an Executive Assistant, delivering comprehensive support to senior leadership. Your attention to detail will enhance communication and daily operations.

In this pivotal role, you will assist senior executives with a variety of administrative tasks. This includes coordinating information flow, organizing meetings, and ensuring all clerical tasks are handled with professionalism. You will play a critical role in promoting cross-departmental synergy and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate communication between executives and senior management
• Organize and attend meetings, preparing minutes
• Draft and manage business documents and correspondence




• Plan and handle travel arrangements effectively
• Support interdepartmental collaboration and efficiency

Requirements:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proven experience in administrative support
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
• Experience using SAP for bookkeeping tasks
• Robust organizational and multitasking abilities
