Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a supportive presence in resident areas
• Conduct health and safety monitoring
• Provide accurate information and support to clients
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of public areas
• Support staff and participate in meetings and training

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent necessary
• 6 months related experience minimum
• Training in conflict management preferred
• Good communication and conflict resolution skills
• Criminal Record Check required
