Northern Health is seeking a Program Coordinator to lead recreational and leisure programs within our Recreation Therapy/Adult Day Services team. You will work in a client- and family-centered model, designing activities that promote health and well-being for residents in various settings.
Under clinical direction, you will implement programs, supervise staff, and contribute to care plans while monitoring progress and outcomes in a dynamic, multidisciplinary setting.
