In this role, you'll be responsible for the operational deployment and ongoing support of the Infios Warehouse Management System. Your primary focus includes optimizing WMS processes, improving inventory management, and training operational staff. You will engage with multiple teams to ensure seamless WMS integration, requiring robust analytical skills and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate Infios WMS deployment in distribution centers
• Provide troubleshooting and support for WMS processes
• Conduct training sessions on WMS functionalities




• Implement process enhancements and modifications on-site
• Offer after-hours support for critical operational needs

Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in supply chain or 2+ years WMS experience
• Robust understanding of WMS best practices
• Excellent communication skills for technical information
• Proven experience in user training and support
• Ability to travel extensively across Canada and the US
