You will collaborate closely with the General Manager to deliver seamless service while excelling in guest relationships and caffè presentation. Key Responsibilities:
• Drive front-of-house sales and enhance guest experiences
• Coach and mentor associates in real-time
• Oversee menu execution and service flow effectively
• Ensure clear communication across all shifts




• Maintain cleanliness, quality, and food safety standards

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years in a relevant food & beverage role
• Supervisory experience of at least 1 year
• Active FoodSafe Level 1 and Serving It Right certifications
• Robust communication skills to influence and motivate
• Must be available for flexible scheduling, including nights and weekends
