In this position, you will oversee mediation and diversion services while working with at-risk individuals involved in the criminal justice process. Key activities include delivering presentations, facilitating mediation between clients, and collaborating with various community agencies. Your work will support crime prevention strategies and help educate the community on restorative practices.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct restorative justice mediations like Healing Circles
• Report and document mediation details as required




• Communicate effectively with law enforcement agencies
• Foster ongoing client relationships for support
• Participate in community outreach efforts

Requirements:
• Secondary education or Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
• Experience with socio-economic challenges and diverse clients
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• First Aid/CPR certification preferred
• Insurable Saskatchewan Driver’s License
