Dynacare is seeking a part time Laboratory Assistant (FLOAT) to support patient health through accurate blood sample processing and data entry. Responsibilities include using venipuncture skills to obtain quality samples and ensuring compliance with protocols and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Process blood samples and other lab specimens efficiently
• Enter patient and test information accurately
• Perform venipuncture skillfully and compassionately




• Conduct ECGs, paternity tests, and other collections
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure quality compliance

Requirements:
• Completed Laboratory Assistant training or Medical Lab Assistance course
• Proven skill in phlebotomy and patient interaction
• Detail-oriented with strong self-management
• Capability to thrive in a deadline-oriented environment
• Customer-focused mindset with genuine care for health
