Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and assess staff educational needs
• Create, implement, and evaluate nursing education programs
• Collaborate on quality improvement and educational solutions
• Engage in mentorship and coaching of clinical staff
• Integrate current best practices into nursing education
Requirements:
• RN registration with BC College of Nurses required
• Three years of relevant nursing experience, with an educational focus
• Proven skills in program development and teaching
• Detailed understanding of adult education principles
• Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary environments
