Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain client records following policies and procedures
• Process lab reports and upload them to electronic medical records




• Respond to inquiries and complaints from clients
• Prepare schedules for clinicians and medical residents
• Manage inventory of contraceptives and other supplies

Requirements:
• Experience in a clinical/medical setting
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
• Knowledge of relevant Provincial Acts and Regulations
